Training – Push your limits!

On Wednesday evenings Casper Helling has prepared a more challenging program. We ride more kilometres and we also speed up a bit compared to the Monday training. We are riding in groups of 8-10 Hellingprofs according to their cycling level. Endurance and endurance power is the main focus of this training, in combination with a variety of exercises to push your limits.  At the end of the training there is a sprint for the Hellingproof sprint cup. When you’re not such an experienced cyclist yet, we advise you first to participate a few trainings on the Monday evening before participating the Wednesday training.

Technical Training

In this training we focus on the technical aspects of cycling! If you’re not a very experienced cyclist yet, we recommend to try this training first before attending a Wednesday training. We gather at 18.00 at the parking lot of SCB the Bongerd, where our trainer Casper will give us the exercises.

NEW!!! We introduce a brand new training in our weekly program: Every Tuesday there is a track training at the cycling track of WV Ede. During this training we will focus on strength, intervals and better bike control/technique.

This training will be from 17.30 till 19.00 at the track. We will gather at the parking lot of SC the Bongerd at 17.00 and go in small groups to WV Ede. You can also come directly to the track.
