Interval training on the track

For the Tuesday training this year, the format has been changed. Different training types (and a training criterium!) recur in a four week scheme. For this week:
Interval training: This will be an “open track hour”. A guide for an interval training/track related exercises will be provided, which can be followed. However, you are free to deviate from this training or adapt it to your own liking. This hour is an excellent opportunity to prepare for the HP only training criterum or just increase overall fitness. The track in Ede opens at 17.30, so we will gather at the Bongerd at 17.00 to cycle towards the track.
