How to Train Series: Setting Goals

This day you are going to define your goals for the upcoming season. Beforehand, you will be given a form to fill in the general area where you want to improve, that could be from riding for long distances to something more race-related. Or maybe you have a goal to go bikepacking this summer and want to prepare for that, everything is possible.
You will be split up into groups with 3 or 4 other hellingprofs with similar goals/interests like you to discuss how you would like to achieve them. Each group will also have one experienced Hellingprof joining you to help you along the way!
